Switi Hoso is a luxury vacation rental in Bodega Bay, California, on the rugged Sonoma Coast, with ocean views from every level. It's about an hour and a half north of San Francisco. Few places on the California coast offer what it does: a 3,300 sq ft private estate on a rare triple lot high above Bodega Bay, with the Pacific filling every window and room to breathe on every side.

This is the largest vacation home in Bodega Harbour. It was built for the gatherings that matter: family reunions, milestone birthdays, multigenerational holidays and friends reconnecting after too long apart. There's space for twelve to spread out, cook together, play together and still find a quiet corner of their own.

By day, walk out the door to hidden coves, tide pools and a newly opened coastal preserve. By night, sink into the hot tub under the stars, catch a film in the private theater, or gather around the 12-seat table while the sun drops into the ocean. With a private chef, a massage therapist and a guest guide for everything in the house, all you have to do is arrive.

The double gourmet kitchen has two stoves, two refrigerators, two new Bosch dishwashers and dual sinks, so two families can cook at once without bumping elbows. Share the meal at the 12-person dining table with the ocean as your backdrop. Would you rather not cook? Book our private chef for French, Italian or select Asian cuisine, à la carte or full service, with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free menus on request.

🎬 Entertainment, rain or shine

There's a dedicated theater with recliners and surround sound, a billiards table, ping-pong, puzzles and board games, and a hot tub on the private patio. Three large smart TVs stream Netflix, Prime, Plex and AirPlay, and 120 Mbps WiFi plus two sit/stand desks make a working week by the sea easy.

🌡️ Year-round comfort

Unlike most coastal rentals, every living area and bedroom has its own mini-split for heating and air conditioning. HEPA filters keep the air fresh, a reverse-osmosis system delivers crisp drinking water, and there are no bunk beds anywhere, just real beds for everyone. On cold, foggy nights the pellet stove adds a crackle of warmth.
